Terms and Conditions
Cancelation Policies:
- Cancellations must be requested by 3:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, 24 hours prior to the hotel reservation date of arrival, to avoid a penalty charge of 1 Room Night and taxes per room.
- If you need to change the date of your reservation mid-stay, you must inform us by 3:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) TWO days before your check-out date or you will be charged a penalty charge of 1 Room Night and taxes per room.
- For group reservations, refer to the group's contract and policies.
- Please obtain a cancellation confirmation number when you cancel. Any no-shows without cancellation will be subject to one day's charge.
Check-In & Late Check-In
- Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Office hours are 8am-10pm - guests must contact us directly if they will be arriving past 09:00 PM so that we can set up a late check-in.
- Credit cards will be preauthorized at 5pm on your check-in date. If the card is invalid or declined, your reservation will be cancelled.
- Upon check-in, guests must provide valid photo identification as well as a valid credit card.
- If you require an early check-in, please contact us on the day prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Early check-ins are not guaranteed.
- If you are paying for someone else (employee, friends, and family) and won't be physically here during the check in, then please email us at [email protected]
to request a credit card authorization form.
Check-Out
- Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check out fee applies if you check out later than 11:00AM.
- When you check out, please leave your room key(s) either with our front desk agent, or in the drop box by our office front door.
- Failure to return keys after checking out is subject to a penalty of $15.00 cdn plus applicable taxes per key lost.
Occupancy & Extra Guests
- When making a reservation or checking in you must inform us how many guests will be staying.
- All room rates are based on double occupancy and every additional guest over the age of 12 will be charged $10.00 cdn per night plus applicable taxes.
- Rooms are subject to an occupancy limit of 2 adults per bed.
Smoking Policies
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, and a fine of $400.00 cdn will be applied if this policy is broken.
- Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas of the motel.
Children Policies
- Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the same room as their parents.
- Children over the age of 12 are counted as adults, and are thus subject to adult occupancy limits and additional guest fees.
Pet Policies
- You must inform us when making a reservation (as well as at check-in) if you are travelling with a pet, as we have a limited number of pet friendly rooms.
- We charge an additional pet fee of $20.00 cdn/night per pet (two dogs maximum per room).
- We do not allow exotic animals, and we do not allow cats for any stay of three (3) or more nights.
- “Service animals” are free of charge with proper documentation.
- Pets are not allowed to stay overnight in a vehicle.
Rules you must follow to keep Villa Motel PET FRIENDLY!
- Pets must be declared at check-in.
- Don’t leave your dog alone in your room or car parked at the Motel.
- Don’t let your dog stay on beds, any bedding or other furniture.
- Please pick up after your dog.
Appliance Policies
- We ask that you do not charge power towels in your room or use outside cooking appliances during your stay with us.
Parking
- Free parking is available on site.
- If you are driving a big rig, a bus, or are pulling a large trailer you will be assigned to park in a specific location.
Quiet Hour
- Starting at 11:00PM, quiet hour is in effect on the premises.
- In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise.
